Is one 3-metre piece enough for my kaftan?

Not necessarily. The amount depends on fabric width, garment size, sleeve volume, gathers and pattern matching. One order quantity supplies one 3-metre piece; multiple quantities are separate pieces and are not guaranteed as one continuous length. Ask your dressmaker to calculate the cut layout.

Does jacquard lurex mean the fabric is 100% silk?

No. Jacquard describes how a pattern can be woven, while lurex refers to metallic-effect components. Exact fibre composition varies by article and should be confirmed before purchase.

Will the fabric need a lining?

That depends on the selected material, design and level of coverage desired. Check the actual fabric for opacity and discuss any lining separately with your dressmaker. Lining is not included with these pieces.
