What will I receive?

Each quantity is one 3-metre piece of your chosen fabric. Model looks and accessories provide styling inspiration and are not included. Check the selected product's written details when a photograph shows coordinating materials together.

Is the price for the whole piece?

Yes. For a selected 3-metre option, the product price is for one complete 3-metre fabric piece. Your cart shows the number of pieces and total before checkout.

How do I order two pieces?

Select quantity 2. You will order two 3-metre pieces, totalling 6 metres. This does not guarantee a continuous six-metre cut; contact us before purchase when an uninterrupted length is essential.

Where does my fabric come from?

Our fabrics are made in Italy, and orders ship directly from Italy. Check the individual article's specifications; origin and fibre composition are separate details.

When will my UAE order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from ordering, including preparation and transit. Customs clearance, public holidays and courier delays can affect this estimate. See the current delivery information before making time-sensitive plans.

How much is delivery?

Standard UAE delivery is free for orders of AED 200 or more, and AED 25 below AED 200. Supported international destinations are AED 70. Available destinations and the final charge appear at checkout.

How do I pay?

Complete your order through Shopify's checkout using an available card or digital wallet. The payment options for your order are displayed before payment.

Can I request a return?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. It must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For returns of non-defective fabric, including change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. If the fabric is defective, Como Silk Atelier pays the return shipping cost. Exclusions and approval requirements apply; see our published returns policy.

How can I contact customer care?

Email info@comosilkatelier.com. Include your order number for an existing purchase, or the fabric reference for a product enquiry. For missing composition, width or care information, ask about the exact article before ordering.
